We collect your email address, display name, and Google profile (if you sign in with Google). We also store media assets you upload and project data created within the editor.
Your data is used exclusively to provide the CINAURA service: authenticating your account, storing your projects, processing AI requests, and managing credit balances. We do not sell your data to third parties.
CINAURA uses the following third-party services to deliver its features: Anthropic (AI), OpenAI (transcription), ElevenLabs (voice), Replicate (audio separation), Supabase (database & storage), and AWS Lambda (video rendering). Each provider operates under their own privacy policy.
Uploaded media is stored in Supabase Storage. Rendered exports are stored in AWS S3 and available for download for 30 days. You may delete your media assets at any time from the editor.
We use session cookies for authentication. We may use anonymised analytics to understand feature usage. No personally identifiable data is included in analytics events.
Your account data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request full account deletion by contacting us, after which all associated data will be removed within 30 days.
