By accessing or using CINAURA, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
CINAURA grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for personal and commercial video editing purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the service.
Credits are consumed upon feature execution. Purchased credits are non-refundable unless a technical error prevented service delivery. Free-tier credits expire after 30 days of account inactivity.
You retain full ownership of all media you upload. CINAURA does not claim ownership over your content and will not use it for training AI models without explicit consent.
You may not use CINAURA to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on third-party intellectual property rights. CINAURA reserves the right to suspend accounts in violation of this policy.
CINAURA is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including data loss or rendering failures.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of CINAURA after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
